According to Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) rules, it is forbidden for cPanel to provide any kinds of services to some countries’ users. As a partner of cPanel we have to obey their rules.
We are really sorry to announce, but we cannot provide cPanel licenses to the resellers and clients that provide services such as VPS, IPs or Hosts to clients from the following countries: Iran, Cuba, Sudan and Syria.
We recommend you to use other control panels such as DirectAdmin or Plesk
